We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a beautiful rooftop restaurant where we could enjoy our meals outside. The staff were friendly and could communicate well in English. We appreciated the convenience of being able to leave our luggage in the morning and finding it delivered to our room when we returned in the evening. The location was also ideal, as it was close to Ueno train station, making it easy to explore the city and find nearby restaurants.

This hotel is conveniently located close to Ueno train station, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast is served in a nice open area on the roof, offering a pleasant dining experience with a view. The rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay for guests.
Some staff members were uninterested and lacked professionalism during the check-in process.

Convenient location near Ueno and Akihabara stations. Comfortable bed, but limited space with luggage. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious room. Nice rooftop terrace for breakfast with great views.
